MCM Parking is not responsible for any articles left in any part of the vehicle.
MCM Parking is only responsible for any damage agreed upon by both the operator and the monthly parker that was caused by the operator. In this event, it will be directed through the operator's repair facility.
MCM Parking has the right to revoke parking privileges.
All monthly invoices are due on or before the 10th of every month, thereafter a late fee of $25 will be charged.
All monthly parkers must display an MCM Parking sticker decal or hangtag.
All monthly parkers must give a 30-day written notice of cancellation to mcmparkingcg@gmail.com.
